See Europe through Paris-Istanbul Train Travel

May 28th, 2009 Posted in Train Travel Route

Paris to Istanbul Train travel is a very easy way or mode of transversing and knowing Europe either for short or long distance travel. The central and western part of Europe has a very thick and large expanse of railway network connecting the whole of the continent.

Europe Train Travel is a much preferable mode of travel for so many reasons. Train journeying offer scenic routes and good for touring several destinations or cities in one way travel; it also offer cozy, comfortable and spacious interiors; the long wait for security checks in the airports are lessened; and train railways stations are much more nearer in the places of interest of a certain city compared to airports.

Though the price, speed and quality of train travel very much depends on the location, European railway on the western part of the continent usually offer higher speed and luxurious trains. Luxurious train travel is popular and very much in demand; the fact that passengers would prefer to pay a much higher price for rail travel than flights due to the places that one can closely view while on train.

The rail way from Paris to Istanbul and vice versa usually will take 7 days only. And these 7 days mean you will be able to see so many countries, cities and attractions along the way. If you wanted to just get a glimpse of countries and cities like Athens, Rome, Venice, Switzerland, Lugano City, Milan, and many more then this is the kind of train travel route you should take. Though one disadvantage is you can not really have an up close experience with all of these attractions.

What amazes me on the train travel from Paris to Istanbul is how the changing of sights and culture rapidly changes with the 7 days of travel, and all of these are showcased only in one continent- Europe.
